  1. How is it possible to legally prove discrimination (race, gender, age) in university hiring practices for tenure-track faculty hiring practices?

  2. It is virtually impossible to prove discrimination, even blatant discrimination, in hiring practices in the current climate in the US, and in Europe. This is the sad state of affairs into which we have devolved...
